Over the 2014 year-end holidays, Tara Kimbrell Cole facilitated a leadership and management work shop, specifically designed for the young leading Rinpoche and Kempho masters of the Drukpa Lineage of Tibetan Buddhism (official lineage of Buddhism in Bhutan) at the Annual Drukpa Council in Kathmandu Nepal. The Society for Organizational Learning's 5 Disciplines of a Learning Organization were introduced and received enthusiastically.
