Tara Kimbrell Cole is a corporate coach to business leaders, chief officers, managing directors and executives preparing for senior leadership roles.

With a history as a chief executive and serial financial innovator, she is experienced and qualified in assisting clients across a wide range of industries in maximizing business opportunities through the development of authentic leadership, Innovation Capital® and sustainable profitability.

As the founder and managing director of SYNOVATIONS® Pte. Ltd., she assists clients through coaching and consultative methodologies.

Her 27 years of experience includes executive coaching, business creation and consultation in the U.S.A., Europe and Asia. She has solved complex market problems by delivering creative cutting edge solutions.

Her thought leadership has been recognized by leaders including:

• Ambassador Evan G. Galbraith, currently United States Department of Defense advisor to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), and
• Mr. Richard Hames, Australia's pre-eminent corporate philosopher and widely considered to be one of the world's
  most influential intellectuals.

As an executive coach, Ms. Cole is committed to the development of authentic leaders, collaboration and communication capabilities, corporate profitability, the creation of Sustainable economic value, and deepening awareness of the broader context of market, community, international environment and whole systems.

As a senior executive, Ms. Cole was called on every day to make leadership decisions. She recognizes that leaders do not necessarily access all their skills, strengths and resources. Often some of their greatest capabilities lay dormant or latent.

Ms. Cole has gained wisdom from the breadth of her international experience as a chief executive and member of the
board of directors. She has utilised coaching as a practical method of implementation in business, executive development
and solution delivery in challenging, fluid operational environments.

Her extensive experience in business and personal innovation is the genesis of her coaching. She uses a multi-dimensional methodology which is a finely tuned combination of expertise derived from business, innovation, finance, psychology and coaching to deliver outstanding value to her clients.

Ms. Cole is the founder and a Member of the Board of Directors of Global Trade Finance Network Pte. Ltd., a software company with patented international trade finance product, www.tradefinancenetwork.com. The chairman of the board of
GTF Net is Mr. Rodney D. Galpin the former chairman & CEO of Standard Chartered Bank and executive director of the
Bank of England.

In 1994, she founded International Aval Asia Ltd. ("IAA"), which was first to introduce non-recourse export receivable
finance to exporters and local banks in the Asian market and the secondary distribution of these cross border receivables generated in Asia. IAA was the exclusive Asia representative of BB Aval GmbH (“BBA”) for over four years, the export
finance (forfaiting) subsidiary of Berliner Bank, Germany, USD 6.5 billion capital. By 1996 BB Aval had become one of the largest traders of Indonesian assets in the forfaiting market.

In 1981, Ms. Cole founded Interdiscount Ltd., a boutique merchant banking company specializing in the financing of letters
of credit and insurance company guarantees generated from private placement investments which company was the first
in its market to offer fixed rate financing.

An Alumna and Fellow of The Wharton School , University of Pennsylvania, 2003-present, Ms. Cole utilizes a wide range of solution-focused tools and practices acquired through her experience, including:

• Accreditation as a coach by the International Coach Federation.
• Certified in the administration the leading assessment and psychometric instruments including Lominger, Benchmarks® 360, Skillscope® 360, Firo-B, Hogan and Meyer Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®)
• Training includes Hudson Human Capital Solutions Performance Coaching for Managers program developed by Dr. Anthony Grant, the head of the Psychology of Coaching Unit, University of Sydney, Australia.

She serves as a member of the executive board of the International Coach Federation, Singapore and a member of the 'Women on Boards committee' of The International Alliance for Women. She served on the executive committee member of the United Nations Development Fund for Women, Singapore, 2003-2005 and is an active member in other local and international professional organizations.

Ms. Cole is the author of a seminal white paper on generating corporate profitability and shareholder value from
executive diversity.
