As the founding managing director of , she leads the mission to build capacity in delivering coaches and consultants approved by the Council of Trustees of the Society for Organizational Learning (SoL). provides Organizational Learning consultants and coaches to design and deliver programs to corporations that can benefit from the international cross regional reach of a multilingual team of practitioners, aligned methodologically and in practice process. works in alignment and collaboration with SoL (the guardian of this professional work) and the SoL Coaching Community of Practice (CCOP) to achieve these goals. Her 27 years of experience includes executive coaching, business creation and consultation in the U.S.A., Europe and Asia. She has solved complex market problems by delivering creative cutting edge solutions.

She has gained insight from the breadth of her international experience as a chief executive and member of the board of directors. Tara is the founder and a Member of the Board of Directors of Global Trade Finance Network Pte. Ltd., a software company with patented international trade finance product, www.tradefinancenetwork.com. The chairman of the board of GTF Net is Mr. Rodney D. Galpin the former chairman & CEO of Standard Chartered Bank and executive director of the Bank of England.
In 1994, she founded International Aval Asia Ltd. ("IAA"), which was first to introduce non-recourse export receivable finance to exporters and local banks in the Asian market and the secondary distribution of these cross border receivables generated in Asia. IAA was the exclusive Asia representative of BB Aval GmbH (“BBA”) for over four years, the export finance (forfaiting) subsidiary of Berliner Bank, Germany. By 1996 BB Aval had become one of the largest traders of Indonesian assets in the forfaiting market.
In 1981, Tara founded InterDiscount Ltd., a boutique merchant banking company specializing in the financing of letters of credit and insurance company guarantees generated from private placement investments which company was the first in its market to offer fixed rate financing.
