ASSOCIATE EXECUTIVE COACHES

Dott. Prof. Alberto Bazzan
Today Alberto is a consultant and executive coach. Based on his extensive global experience, his pirmary focus is on Leadership, supporting the growth of young people attending universities and senior people in top organizational positions.

Alberto, quote, "Leadership is not something with which all of us are naturally familiar because it is not extensively taught in schools, and most people still believe you are born with it or have nothing to do with leadership. So both young and senior people do have something to self-discover and as well as that which leadership means in various positions."

"Naturally correlated areas are Organzational development , one of the major tools for leaders; it is frequently labeled as change management. Since evolution is the normal state of corporate life it is perferable not to jump from change to change."

"Multicultural management is the norm in today’s business arena. Too many executives believe they are good enough just because they are in top positions; while getting the best out of people from various backgrounds and expectations is not natural for most of us. Thus the path is prone to incidents."

"Developing strategies that are adaptive to the rapid evolving world and pursuing growth paths with minimum efforts are areas of development for every leader, particularely when the Sustainability of the whole business is at stake.
So integrating sustainability concepts and logics into the evolving strategy and leadership of a company is a whole system that must be designed together with the top executive team and the wider group of stakeholders," unquote.

He is also the vice president for Italy of a Swedish based non governement organisation (NGO) ; The Natural Step is one of the very few NGOs putting a scientific base to sustainability for business and government institutions. The rapid and efficient evolution of executives’ mind sets is a common trait of leadership and sustainability, thus the two arguments do not look different but rather totally integrated.
