Ágota Éva Ruzsa
Ágota Éva Ruzsa, MbS, is a Coach and facilitator in whole systems thinking. She is fluent in Hungarian and English.

She has been working in active and generative partnership with clients such as Ford-Visteon in Hungary, ALCOA Hungary, UNILEVER Hungary, and also as subcontractor to Henkel at ITO-Ausubcontractor, SONEPAR Hu at MercerTeam Syntegrity International with the syntegration process of Stafford Beer.  Her main focus has been on  leadership, team and oranisational development with some emphasis on cross–cultural aspects, facilitative leadership and a large scale strategic change.

Ágota is active in training the trainer programs, developing core capacities and educating others in areas of business change, with such corporations such as the PricewaterhouseCoopers. In particular in their one year Champs programme to train Change management consultants, as well as a year long Campaign manager training with a special focus on communication and public and social awareness.

Since 2005 Ágota has been teaching and lecturing students at the Communication Institute of Pazmany P University in Budapest to raise awareness of issues around dialoguic processes in organisations, public relations activities and stakeholder dialogues and sustainability.  Ágota was a member of the board of trustees of the Club of Budapest ( Ervin Laszlo). She coaches from an integrated background balanced in Eastern and Western philosophies and cultures. 

In 2007 she founded Learning Organisations for Sustainability, SOL Hungary. Since that time she has been the chair of trustees.  Agota was was part of the forming Global Society for Organisational Learning (SoL) Network in 1998-2000.  As a steward, she assisted in the development of  SOL  in eastern europe, the result was the establishement of SOL Institute.

She founded Dialogos Partners Ltd (DPL) in 1995, a private Organisation Development consultancy working mostly in Hungary and Europe.  More recently DPL has specialized in developing the capacity for conversational leadership and organisational intelligence, dialogue facilitation and community building, as well as Mindfulness based systemic coaching.  In the early 1990s, Agota was invited to join the Dialogue Facilitators' Project at the Centre for Organizational Learning at  MIT, USA

Previously she studied at the Human Potential Research Group, University of Surrey, UK. She was tutored by its founder John Heron, who was a leading action and peer learning researcher and educator.

After receiving  her Masters degree at ELTE university in Budapest, Hungary in 1980, she developed and  co-founded an innovative language school in Hungary affiliated with International House, London. She was an early mover in the the for Hungarian private enterprise.
