Roger Moore
Roger Moore is the owner and principal consultant of "Global Strategy Associates" (GSA) headquartered in Singapore with offices in Tokyo and Las Vegas. Roger retired from a senior leader position at the DuPont Company in 2002 and established GSA. Roger provides executive guidance and insights to business leaders in multiple industries worldwide. In doing so he is a consultant in areas ranging from sustainability to safety to change management. He continued his association with DuPont, through "Global Strategy Associates," as President, DuPont Safety Resources – Asia Pacific until 2006.

At the time of his retirement, Roger was Vice President & Managing Director for DuPont Packaging and Industrial Polymers - Asia Pacific, President – DuPont ASEAN and Managing Director for DuPont Singapore. He was also the Representative Director for DuPont – Mitsui Polychemicals in Tokyo, Japan and a director of various DuPont entities in Southeast Asia. He joined the DuPont Company in 1965.

During the next eight years, he held supervisory and management positions in Finance including mergers and acquisitions activities. In late 1973, he transferred to Sao Paulo, Brazil, as Deputy Director of Finance for DuPont do Brasil. Mr. Moore returned to Wilmington in 1976 and for the next three years held management positions in the International Finance Division of the International Department.

In 1979, he moved to Geneva, Switzerland and appointed Director of Finance for DuPont de Nemours International S.A., DuPont's headquarters company for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Returning to Wilmington, Delaware in September 1981 as Assistant Director of the Asia Pacific Division, and served as a Vice President of DuPont Asia Pacific Limited. In December 1984, he became Group Director - Latin America.

In August 1985, he joined the Polymers Products Department as Business Manager - Nylon Engineering Resins and appointed Global Business Director for DuPont engineering polymers in November 1986 and Global Planning Director for Polymers in February 1988. In August 1988, he transferred to the Chemicals and Pigments Department and appointed Director of Sales - Industrial Chemicals. He moved to Tokyo, Japan in November 1989 where he held various DuPont Asia Pacific senior management positions. He relocated to Singapore in January 1999.

Mr. Moore is a graduate of Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in International Finance. He represented DuPont in numerous professional organizations worldwide and continues to participate in many trade and business organizations in Asia. In Singapore, he served as a member of the Singapore Confederation of Industries, the American Chamber of Commerce, the US-ASEAN Business Council, the Economist Conferences, the Singapore Chemical Industries Council, the Singapore Institute of Management, and the Singapore National Employers Federation. He served on the Board of Directors of PSA (Port of Singapore Authority) as well as its audit and compensation committees, is on the Board of Directors of the Logistics Institute – Asia Pacific and other organizations. Roger works with/advises many business, trade, and academic organizations in Asia.
